Carmel (Rob's cousin) and Liam took us for a tour of the area. This is the ruins of an old Monk abbey

All the boys playing dead in a tomb that was open.
Boy, wasn’t it cold. Riley was telling everyone that it wasn’t cold. I have not been that cold for a long time.
The Rock behind us belong to a tomb that is over 5000 years old. These tombs are at Lough Cree

Good morning Robert and a very happy birthday to you.
No wonder I feel old and crabby when I realise that my baby is now 40 years old.
How do you feel about turning the magic number? Believe me life passes all too fast and there are so many corners to turn that you should live every minute you have. 'Live love laugh and be happy' is a very good motto to have. I know you had your family celebration before Dee left, but I am sure you will find something nice to do today.
Have a great day and we are all thinking about you.
All my love and best wishes.

Happy Birthday Rob! Time is flying now, you had better make the most of it. Looks like you are all having a great time. See you later.
Happy 40th!!! I hope the craic is fierce grand!! Wear your new Westmeath footy jumper today. Love to Lisa and the boys and all the family. Speaking of which - who was at the Bloomfield till 1am????? Love Dee
