Sevilla

Seville
Today we travelled 2 hours up the road to Seville, Spain’s 4th largest city. To make the bus we had to get up at the ungodly hour of 7am; a tough ask when you are working on Spanish time. We arrived in Seville around the time we are usually having breakfast. A friend of the guy whose apartment we are staying in let us in and gave us some local’s tips. Where we are staying is well located and across the river from the main centre.I walked into the main part of the old city (1 or 2 km) to get tourist info while Lisa unpacked and the boys relaxed. I wandered back and we had a well deserved siesta. Later we all walked into the city and wandered around the streets near the cathedral (either the biggest in the world or the 3rd biggest, depending on how you measure it). We shopped on the way home and had chorizo and cheese toasted sandwiches for dinner (an instant family favourite!). We are now watching Spanish TV, which is a change from Rota where we had a few English channels. That’s all for now. Lisa is also posting a few short videos of bits form the last few days to and from Gibraltar
